Copernicus Science Centre

The Copernicus Science Centre has been officially opened. Being (small) part of this project makes me so proud so I want to remind projects from my archive: illustrations for 2009 callendar are shown above.

The Copernicus Science Centre is one of the first institutions of its type in Poland. It include hundreds of interactive exhibits where children, young people and adults can carry out experiments demonstrating how the world around us works. The priority is on understanding the essence of phenomena, rather than on telling the story of scientific progress.

Ski Artworks for Armada Skis

Armada have just launched new products including Alpha 1 LTD Series, this time, with my artwork on them. I have designed them two years ago (mid 2008) and called OUTER SP’ICE to remind frozen shapes, all in very subjective and abstract way. From that point of view it’s quite tricky to work with such thin and long canvas but final version is pretty close to original mockup. Want to grab one – check out dealers list. Pendulum North American Tour 2009 Official Artwork

I have just finished this illustration for Pendulum, an Australian drum and bass/electronic group. It’s official artwork for their tour through United States taking place in March 2009.

My idea was to interpret In Silico album artwork (published in 2008) to give a touch of fresh air into their identity. I believe you can find out what I’m talking about after comparing both images ;).

I’m a fan of Pendulum and working on that artwork was a pure pleasure. Hope fans will enjoy it same as I did (best on tour!).

Priscilla – Queen of the Desert, Bus Ads in London

I’ve just received these bus photos with Priscilla – Queen of the Desert musical advertisements I was workin on last year. Buses are running in London right now so hopefully some of you can catch them :).

More about the show:

PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL is rolling into London’s West End in March 2009 and parking at the Palace Theatre for the ultimate feel-good theatrical experience!

Based on the hit film, PRISCILLA tells the story of Tick (Jason Donovan), Bernadette (Tony Sheldon) and Adam (Oliver Thornton), a glamorous Sydney-based performing trio that agree to take their show to the middle of the Australian outback. Priscilla is the heart-warming, uplifting adventure of three friends who hop aboard a battered old bus (nicknamed Priscilla) searching for love and friendship and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed.

With a dazzling array of outrageous costumes and featuring a score of dance-floor classics. This wildly fresh and funny new musical is a sensational journey to the heart of fabulous.

Experience for yourself…

Hop on board!
