(Recommending) Book of Colours by Brand Nu

I took this photo and send over to Radim few days ago, it was just right after I received his Book of Colours. Well, he decided to post it on his own blog so… why shouldn’t I do the same here? ;-). That’s true, I’ve enjoyed his second  full of colours and inspiring artworks book and can truly say it’s great. I’m impressed by consequent graphic design by Brand Nu, and his clients are amazing. So grab your own piece here because it’s way much better to see it printed than on screen.

Btw Radim has just updated his portfolio with fabulous pieces, my favs are  Smerin Anti-Social Club and QV - Melbourne. Check it out.

I had a pleasure to invite my friend Sean Hodge to post his brilliant article about Emergence of Gradient Grunge in graphic design. He wrote this article about year ago and posted it on his own blog -AiBurn- and I feel his words are very actual today since web 2.0 is doing well still. Besides of being inspired you have a chance to know more about my work and designs I made in that style before Sean called it so nice :).

So, here it goes: The Emergence of Gradient Grunge Design (post above).

I will be glad to hear your thoughts so don’t hesitate to comment.

Sean Hodge is the editor of Psdtuts+ and Vectortuts+. He runs his blog AiBURN about some of his creative work and ideas.

I’ve been asked about The KDU, what it is, how can (you) get involved and so on… I guess it’s good reason to answer all these questions by posting links to video interviews at Complex.com: part1 and part2. Guys like  David Gensler, 88 Keys, Christopher Bevans, Laurence Chandler, Phil Knott, Aerosyn-Lex Mestrovic, Matt W. Moore, Ryan Monihan, Michael Ventura, and Eric Vogel are talking about Strategy, Aesthetics, and Collaboration.

About KDU: Founded in 2003, The Keystone Design Union (The KDU) is a Creative Strategic Consultancy, fueled by our Global Creative Network with over 700 members in more than 60 countries Worldwide.

Visit Global KDU website (relaunched recently) and World blog.
